Democrat Tax Increase Will Aggravate Recession, Kill Jobs
Connecticut taxpayers, already worried about holding onto their jobs and feeding their families in a recession that has lasted more than a year, got another dose of bad news Thursday when the majority Democrats rolled out a package that would increase taxes by about $3.3 billion, state Representative Arthur J. O’Neill said.
